Delivery time

For each product of V-bike we deliver to your address. We provide an indication of the delivery time in the shop. Based on our stock and time we need to build your custom conversion kit or product and test it for you. Should the unexpected happen and we can not meet the delivery time for some reason, we will contact you in advance to discuss the possibilities. Normal delivery time is 3-4 business days (Netherlands) for small products and 5-10 days for complete conversions with laced wheels.

When we prepare your package for shipping, you will receive an email with a track and trace code link. With this link you can track exactly where your package is.

Shipping costs

Per order we will charge a one-time shipping and handling fee within the Netherlands. Depending on the product this will cost Є4,95 or large packages Є15,00 for shipping within the Netherlands. For products with shipping fee to foreign countries, this fee is calculated automatically in your order.

Our packages are sent in accordance with the general conditions PostNL/TNT freight. These are available on the PostNL website .
